7:45AM Saturday Class

Jeramy, Steven and I attended the Saturday at 7:45am class this past Saturday! I can't say enough awesome things about this class, you guys.
It's an intro to heated and it's really not that much hotter than our own 9pm class, post C2. Jeramy can chime in here as I forgot her name, but the instructor is SO fantastic. Firm, encouraging, disciplined. There were some new moves we did as well, but the class was fast-paced and incredible.
It was such a wonderful way to kick-start the day (I did end up having to nap around 2pm though, haha).

Since our current instructors and schedule are so in-flux, this class has been a beacon of light in our yoga practice. :)
